What AI Generation Does
Instead of typing words one by one, describe what you need — "phrasal verbs for job interviews," "kitchen utensils," "medical terms for a doctor's visit" — and the AI assembles a ready set: words, translations, and usage examples matched to your level. You review the list, remove what you don't need, and add the rest to the collection in one click.
Starting a Generation
Open a collection and click Generate. The form has four fields:
- What terms do you need? — a free-form description of the topic, up to 150 characters.
- Language Level — from A1 (beginner) to C2 (proficient). The AI picks vocabulary complexity to match.
- Count — how many terms to generate.
- Words only — enable it to exclude phrases and get single words.
Generation takes a little time — the AI selects terms, translates them, and writes examples.
How to Write a Good Request
The more specific the description, the better the set. Compare:

State the topic, the part of speech, the word form, or the usage context — anything that narrows the request works in your favor.
Reviewing the Results
Before anything is saved, you see the full generated list. For each term you can:
- edit the word, translation, or example;
- listen to the pronunciation;
- delete the term from the set.
When the list looks right, click Add — the terms land in your collection with New status, ready for training.
Limits
The free plan includes 10 AI term generations per month and 10 AI example generations per day. Premium removes these caps — see Free Plan vs Premium.
Tips
- Generate 20–30 terms at a time, not the maximum: smaller batches are easier to review, and weak entries are easier to spot.
- Combine approaches: let the AI build the base set for a topic, then add words you meet in real articles and videos via the Chrome extension.
